The Q Superior is our first apartment with 4*, which started our family business story - The Q Signature apartments.

It is a penthouse located on top of a modern, newer building in Rovinj, with a beautiful view of the park.

The Q Superior consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, living room with kitchen, bathroom and two spacious terraces. The space is fully equipped. High-quality practical furniture and equipment have been carefully selected with your comfort and satisfaction in mind.

And for your car, there is a free outdoor parking space. If you have bicycles, you can keep them in our garage. The building has an elevator.

The building is located in a quiet and safe residential area, very close to the city center and beaches. Most of them are within less than a kilometer. The nearest beach - Lone Beach (with bars and sun loungers) is just a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the city center with a pleasant 15-minute walk. You don't need a car. Walk and enjoy the nature, the sea, people watching... For those who love nature, the beautiful Golden cape (Zlatni rt – Punta Corrente) park-forest is just a few minutes away. Here you can walk, swim, sunbathe on natural rocky beaches or under trees, run, or ride a bike. Five minutes' walk from the apartment are sports facilities – basketball and tennis courts and a bowling alley, and in the nearby hall, you can exercise in a group with a professional trainer (pilates, cardio exercises, etc.)
